Welcome to Intelligence Economy
If you want to understand where AI is actually going, not the demos, not the hype, but the full stack that determines who wins the Intelligence Economy is your strategic edge.
Most AI conversations stop at the software models or the compute layer. Leaders evaluate models, run pilots, buy tools, and wonder why results don’t scale. The real constraints are invisible to them: power shortages, infrastructure bottlenecks, organizational decision systems that were never designed for machine-speed execution.
But the truth is simple:
You can’t win the AI race by optimizing only what you can see.
The leaders pulling ahead are the ones who understand the full stack.
Over the past 20+ years leading AI and digital transformation at global companies like IBM, Adobe, ExxonMobil, Rackspace, and Wipro, I’ve learned that the executives who win are the ones who:
understand the physical infrastructure constraints shaping AI’s trajectory
redesign operating models instead of bolting AI onto old workflows
build decision systems that run at machine speed, not human speed
connect infrastructure strategy to organizational execution
apply governance and adoption frameworks that actually stick
Intelligence Economy exists to give you that full-stack view.
But this newsletter goes one step further.
While we cover the physical economy of AI power, grid, infrastructure, and capital, we also go deep on the organizational layer: the operating models, decision systems, and governance frameworks that determine whether your AI investment pays off or stalls in pilot.
You’ll learn to see both layers before your competitors even know they exist.
Who am I?
I’m Sameer Khan, and I’ve spent the past 20+ years leading 9-figure AI and digital transformation programs at Fortune 100 and Inc 500 firms. I’ve also built and scaled companies from the ground up, which taught me what it really takes to execute when budgets are real and timelines are unforgiving.
Intelligence Economy was born from a simple observation: the AI conversation is missing half the picture. What started as a private framework has become a weekly research publication for executives who want the full picture, not just the software story.
Now I share the frameworks, research, and strategic analysis that connect the physical and organizational layers of AI, the ones that actually determine who wins.
Why subscribe?
Every week, you’ll get one deeply researched issue that includes:
Named frameworks you can use immediately
Analysis of the physical infrastructure constraints shaping AI strategy
Operating model and decision system breakdowns
Real-world examples from enterprise AI programs
Investigative research connecting infrastructure, economics, and execution
Strategic foresight on where the AI economy is heading next
No fluff. No hype. No generic AI tips.
Each issue is built around a single framework, researched to a standard your board would recognize, and written to take under ten minutes to read — with insights that reshape how you see the next three years.
And my promise is to give you the full-stack view every week, because the leaders who see the whole picture are the ones who build the future.
