92% of Businesses Are Still Using Claude Like a Chatbot

It’s not the tool. It’s how you’re using Claude.

Hey Productivity Explorer,

Something made me write this post as I kept having the same conversation with someone exactly like you.

A business owner or leader running a real operation, paying real salaries, making real decisions. At some point in that conversation, you’d mention you’d switched to Claude. Or you were thinking about it. Or someone on your team had started using it, and you weren’t sure what to do next.

It happened enough times that I started paying attention.

When I looked it up, I understood why. In February this year, Claude went from number 131 on the Apple App Store to number one overnight. Paid subscribers more than doubled in four days. The enterprises moved first, as they always do.

Here’s what nobody is telling you, though.

Switching to Claude is not the move. That part is easy because you sign up, open it, type something in, get a great answer, and it feels like an upgrade. Because it is, but then you close the tab and go back to doing everything the same way you always have.

One task at a time.

That is the gap I kept seeing, and that gap is not in the tool but in how you’re using it.

This post is what I wish existed when those conversations started.

A real explanation of how to install Claude into the way your business actually runs, before you upgrade, before you commit, before you scale a single thing.

The Shift Post People Miss

Lots of business owners are still treating Gen AI and especially Claude like a chatbot.
